Our efforts are focused on making sure the candidates you select are committed to the process and completely understand your company, the remuneration, any benefits and the full package they’ll receive if they’re successful. Secure Search has four simple steps:

- They complete an online questionnaire
- If we need more information or copies of documents, we contact the candidate
- At the end, you get a detailed screening report

Our Secure Search packages are bespoke to every business we work with. We’ll sit down with you to craft a strategy that meets your specific needs and goals.
Your package can include:
Online screening and technical assessment testing if they are required by your Hiring Managers or specific departments.
Telephone conversations to evaluate a candidate’s skillset and experience, so we’re only putting forward the right people.
Face-to-face interviews to assess not only an applicant’s technical competency, but whether they are a cultural fit for your company.
Video interviews conducted virtually to make it as easy as possible for you to meet candidates, and ensure momentum isn’t lost.
Process and policy checks, such as the right to work in the UK and all necessary documentation and regulatory checks.
Employment and education referencing with gap verification. We contact candidates’ references and confirm any breaks in their employment or educational history.
Academic qualification checks and professional membership verifications to provide peace of mind that new employees are appropriately qualified or members of professional bodies.
Directorship search to discover a candidate’s current and any previous directorships, the dates they were appointed and their function within each company, as well as their address, date of birth and nationality.
DVLA reports where we’ll check whether a candidate has any points, disqualifications or limitations on their driving licence. If they’re a HGV driver, we’ll confirm that they have the appropriate licences.
Global sanctions checks can uncover whether a candidate is listed on any sanctions watch lists, including anti-money laundering and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) databases.
Adverse financial summary checks allow us to verify an applicant’s credit worthiness, without leaving a trace on their credit file. Our enquiry will disclose any bankruptcies, administration orders and insolvencies.
International checks can be carried out if a candidate has lived, worked or volunteered abroad. We can conduct everything from global credit and fraud checks to international police checks.

Pre-employment screening is a critical part of our selection process, as employees are required to be screened to aviation airside pass standard. Criminal record checks
We can also carry out criminal record checks on your behalf. Depending on the role or sector you’re recruiting for, we have three levels to choose from:
Basic disclosure
We’ll search the Police National Computer (PNC) for unspent convictions under the terms of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
Standard disclosure
A more detailed check for all spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands and warnings on the PNC. Please note, in order to submit a DBS application for a standard check, an individual must meet certain eligibility criteria.
Enhanced disclosure
This higher level discloses details of all spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, inclusion on children's or adults’ lists (if relevant to the job) and warnings on the PNC.
