Erin Vickers

Erin joined Search in September 2020 to redefine and shape our people strategy to attract, recruit, nurture and retain top talent within the business. A key goal for Erin and her team is to ensure Search is an employer of choice across the UK.  

Heading up our Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Marketing departments, Erin understands that our staff are our greatest asset. She is committed to designing and delivering an effective talent and people management strategy that develops employees and supports business growth.

She is also responsible for the business marketing strategy to ensure our brand stands out and we support our clients’ evolving needs.

With over 15 years’ recruitment experience, Erin previously worked for PageGroup in the USA and UK. With a passion for people, Erin moved into the talent space in 2012. Her last role with PageGroup was Regional Talent Director of North America, where she was part of the North America board and global HR team, before becoming part of the Search leadership team.
